- Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the extreme conditions such as-
- The product is clearly Damage/ defective
- received wrong product
- the product received doesn’t match the images in terms of design as seen on website.
- The photos of all products are taken under neutral lighting conditions, and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the exact saree color. Sometimes the colors may look different due to the temperature of your monitor and/or device settings.
- Your return/exchange request should be sent only by email to email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your shipment with corresponding images of the defect if any.
- the exchange facility shall only be provided once and for all. Repetitive exchange request shall not be entertained
- Saree can not be exchanged if fall Pico is done or Blouse is detached.
- Any Customized item cannot be exchanged or returned.
- If you receive a package that appears to have been tempered, you are advised not to accept such parcel and DON’T open the package.
- Once the Turaja Team Approve the item to be returned then the customer returning the item are to be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Turaja will initiate the process for the refund to your bank account (you need to give your bank details) within 10 to 15 working days.
If a customer cancels an order before the order has been shipped, Turaja will accept the cancellation and will refund the amount to the buyer within a reasonable period of time. In such cases any transaction fees charges by bank or third party will be deducted by Turaja and balance amount will be refunded to the buyer.
Please Note: Turaja may not able to cancel to the order once shipped or in transit.
